Concerned about an animal?
If you’re concerned about a working animal in one of the countries where we operate, please contact us as soon as possible. Acting quickly gives us the best chance to find and support the animal. If you can, get in touch while you’re still in the country. Share as much detail as possible, including the exact location (with street names), a clear description of the animal and photos if available.

Please be aware that we can only assist working animals in countries where we already operate.
If you’ve seen an animal in distress outside these areas, we recommend contacting the World Federation for Animals to find a local organisation that can offer support.
