Impossible to overlook E-Gift

Despite the integral role they play in supporting livelihoods and helping communities access food, water and transport, working animals are too often overlooked. Their welfare is often absent from policies and decisions that affect both animals and the people who depend on them. That’s why we work with governments and local partners to ensure working animals are recognised, protected and included in plans for the future. In Mauritania, for example, our advocacy helped secure the inclusion of working animals in the national census.
